Appointments are mostly held over the telephone with the client keeping the appointment by calling in; Janet immediately returns the call (to any UK landline number) so there is no cost to the client. Clients outside of the UK can either pay for the calls themselves or use Skype.
Most appointments are one hour in length and there is the option of a free 10-minute call or email exchange between sessions. At the initial free consultation a contract will be agreed for an appropriate number of sessions to suit the client’s requirements. The frequency and number of sessions can differ enormously from person to person dependant on their needs.
Personal Coaching rates
For individual coaching including email or phone support between sessions the fee is £60 per session for a series of 6 or £70 per single session. Each appointment lasts up to one hour.

Teleclass rates
Teleclasses are charges at £60 per person for a course of 6 sessions. If the classes are held on Skype the call is free; a conference call can cost 2.5p – 5.0p per minute depending on the time of day.
To make coaching accessible to all I operate a sliding scale of fees. If you are on a low income or unwaged please contact me for further information.
100% fee is charged for missed appointments without notification, 50% fee is charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice unless there are exceptional circumstances eg: last minute illness..
Payment
Sessions are payable in advance either by cheque, electronic bank transfer (BACS) or PayPal.
